Is sexual energy the same as kundalini?

Same ocean, different waves. Sexual energy is one expression of prana-shakti; kundalini is the fuller evolutionary current when it enters sushumna. Conflating them naively leads either to repression or to spiritualized lust. Refine desire through ethics and attention ΓÇö do not worship impulse as enlightenment.
