Texts embed sambhoga in vows, mantra, and often secrecy for a reason. Workshops often sell pleasure techniques without character training. One builds liberation capacity; the other can build addiction dressed as spirituality. Choose teachers by ethics, not by marketing glow.

If a workshop shames boundaries, leave. That is not tantra.
