Chapter 1: How to Use This Workbook

Work one chakra per week. Do not “open everything” in a day. Each chapter gives themes, imbalance signs, a 5-minute drill, and journal prompts.

Chapter 2: Muladhara — Root

Themes: safety, body, belonging, money fear. Drill: 5 minutes barefoot or grounded sitting, belly breathing. Journal: Where do I feel unsafe without evidence?

Chapter 3: Svadhisthana — Sacral

Themes: pleasure, creativity, guilt, flow. Drill: gentle hip circles + soft lower-belly awareness. Journal: What pleasure is healthy for me right now?

Chapter 4: Manipura — Navel Fire

Themes: will, shame, anger, agency. Drill: 5 slow breaths into the belly without clenching jaw. Journal: Where do I confuse control with strength?

Chapter 5: Anahata — Heart

Themes: love, grief, boundaries. Drill: hand on chest, longer exhales, three gratitude points. Journal: What boundary would make my love cleaner?

Chapter 6: Vishuddha — Throat

Themes: truth, voice, listening. Drill: hum softly for one minute, then sit. Journal: What truth am I postponing?

Chapter 7: Ajna — Brow

Themes: insight, overthinking. Drill: soft brow awareness 3 minutes — no squeezing. Journal: Can I know without gripping?

Chapter 8: Sahasrara — Crown

Themes: unity, silence. Drill: after japa, rest as pure listening. Journal: What remains when I stop trying to be spiritual?

Chapter 9: Integration Week

Review notes. Choose one chakra that still feels contracted. Repeat its week. Integration beats collection.
